Captain Nemo and Nautilus are in big trouble! Although our dear captain loves to scout the depths of the oceans, he cannot do it if his beloved submarine runs out of fuel. And since this is Nautilus we are talking about, it is not just any kind of fuel that it can use. The story of the game tells us that a giant squid has treacherously managed to steal the giant precious pearl used by Captain Nemo to make the Nautilus crawl at high speeds through the waters. Without it, the captain will be stuck forever in the abyss.
After you watch a small intro, you will have two options: Play and Info. The Info section will reveal the above story, and it will give you all the needed information for succeeding in your quest. For this game, you will need to use both the keyboard and the mouse. The mouse is used for firing your weapon, since Captain Nemo will have to fight some evil fish in order to get to the cave of the giant squid and retrieve his precious pearl. The arrow keys on the keyboard are used to move around, you will have a bit of exploration to do, until reaching the cave where the stolen pearl is kept by the evil squid.
When you hit the Play button, you will be taken directly to the game. Unfortunately, you will not get to see how Captain Nemo really looks like, since he has his special suit on, which allows him to walk freely on the seabed and fire his weapon at the dangerous fish that stand in his way. The red target on the screen will help you aim at the fish with ease, but be careful! They need to be shot more than once, in order to get rid of them and continue your journey!
